I’m absolutely delighted to at last be able to share with you the news that I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be chosen as one of the artists for the Lincoln Knights’ Trail 2o17, which celebrates the 800th anniversary of the Battle of Lincoln and the sealing of the Charter of the Forest, and will be painting not only one, but three Knights for the upcoming art trail!
Following on from the success of the 2015 Baron’s Charter Trail, this public art trail will run from 20th May to 3rd September 2017 and will culmiate in the auctioning of the Knights to raise money for charity. Two-thirds of the money raised will be going to the help the Nomad Trust, which serves the homeless community of Lincoln, with a new build project and the remaining third of the proceeds will be put into an Art and Innovation Fund for the City of Lincoln.
I will be unveiling sneaky peeks of my designs throughout the following weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out!
